Approach and midwifery style

Birth is so much more than just a physical act, It can and should be an empowering experience, something we can hold on to in trying times. Parents are also created in that instant – that wonderous transition. I believe, exist and practise my calling as a midwife from the perspective that each of us is a unique creation, intricately designed with purpose and care. Whether you interpret it from a spiritual or scientific perspective, it speaks to the awe-inspiring complexity of life and existence.

Pain is an intrinsic part of our human experience. While it can be challenging and even agonizing, various spiritual perspectives offer insights into the purpose of pain. Remember that pain serves a purpose, even if we don’t fully comprehend it. It can draw us closer to God, deepen our empathy for others, and refine our character. In our struggles, we find opportunities for growth, compassion, and ultimately, a greater understanding of God’s love and sovereignty.
