I am a young Midwife, who believes in the power of traditional ways of the midwife, and the deep cultures of ancient midwifery. I believe that movement is power and medicine, especially during the sacred times of pregnancy. There is so much strength and power in pregnancy and so focusing on movement, meditation and breathwork is where I find the most passion.
